In my tests with small amounts, there was no problem. Since it’s still in the testing phase, the best thing to do is keep the receipt and present it to the bank, as you did.
I’ve only made one transfer so far using Pix, for a considerable amount (i.e., not a test of R$ 0.10) to a different account holder. But I didn’t bother to ask if it was received. I’ll ask and come back here to let you know.
If I had to guess one, I’d guess Nubank, since they’ve already had a similar problem with boleto clearing (if I’m not mistaken, it was this year). Here on the community and on Tecnoblog there are more details about that boleto case. But given that Pix is still in the testing phase, it could be something related to Pix itself.
Really, lots of people have this same problem — money transferred that never reaches its destination.
Let’s see how this all plays out… on Monday, Pix will be available for everyone.
I asked the person and they said they received the Pix. It was also from Nubank to Itaú. But I had already registered the destination account for TED before Pix was available.
It took a little while because the team was tightening a few loose ends, but in the end it landed right on the account just before the official launch.
Regarding the issues with PIX, I still don’t know what to do because I made a transfer yesterday 11/17/2020 at 10:40 AM and until now 11/18/2020 at 10:50 AM it’s still under review, and I heard it would be in seconds, but what kind of seconds are these days.
Transfers in seconds are the standard case. If it has fallen under review, something happened in your transaction that required manual analysis. This is super rare but can also happen with TEDs. It’s an important security system to prevent transactions that shouldn’t happen.
