I keep getting login approval requests on my phone, I change my password frequently, not for security reasons but because I forget it. Doing a quick Google search I realized this is common and happens all the time.
Any help?

I solved it as follows:
Let’s suppose that my current email that I use in several places is mauricio@hotmail…
it’s what I use to log into the Microsoft account and I keep getting these alerts.
I created an alias on this email, for example mauricio_apelido@hotmail…
And in the account login settings I set that you can only log in using mauricio_apelido@hotmail…
So now when trying to log in to my ‘official’ email (which I use in several places) there is an error message saying it isn’t active for login; it will only work using the alias email.
The other address continues to function normally for sending and receiving emails; the only thing that changes is that to log in you have to use this new email.
The tip is not to use this new email anywhere, leave it only for login.
