I need to fill out this document with my full name and CPF, but the formatting is preventing me from doing it correctly. Instead of my name appearing horizontally, it appears vertically. This document was provided by my city’s municipal government. I need to submit it by tomorrow.
Possibly this is a table with transparent borders, right? The first column of the table, where you’re trying to insert the text, has a reduced size.
Was it placed there on purpose?
Either that, or he inserted it into the same cell that had “Name:”.
Try clicking on the space with the name and pressing TAB; if there is another cell to the right… it goes to it.
I believe what’s causing this is the coat of arms image they placed on the sheet. In the “signature” field, it’s not possible to write in that field because of this image. The document was poorly made.
The problem is that I don’t have a computer.
So, unfortunately the problem isn’t that the document was poorly made, it’s that not all functions work in the web or mobile version of the apps, not to mention that this “conversion” can break features.
The ideal would always be for the department to create the doc in the simplest way possible, to be widely compatible, but it’s well known that this is not a concern for 98% of civil servants.
There are some Android virtual keyboards that simulate Tab.
But in that case, you should explain to them that you don’t have a computer at home and ask if they can lend you a computer on site to fill it out there.
If it weren’t so late, I’d suggest a LAN house or a friend/relative’s house.
Edit: turn your phone to portrait mode to see if that doesn’t fix it.
And you could get a Bluetooth keyboard. The most basic ones should cost around 30-50. (I hate Gboard)
The right thing would be to do it in ODT LOL
See if you can delete the whole document (leaving just the background) and rewrite the document from scratch.
Or find a PC to fill it in.
Or, as a last resort, find a way to print the document, fill it out the old-fashioned analog way, and scan it. 
This has the look of a document that was designed to be printed and filled out by hand.
According to the municipal notice, the document must be filled out online.
Submitted online? In a docx? Handed in person? That’s rough. hahaha
