How do I request number portability? :thinking:

According to the Intercel website, you need to initially activate the number by calling *288, and then send an SMS with the word PORTABILIDADE to the number 393. The bank says the process takes up to 5 business days.

I love this SMS number portability feature. Claro, TIM, and Oi already offer it, and it’s a lifesaver because I don’t have to explain things to a salesperson.
