Good morning! It’s been 3 days since my Instagram account was blocked. And to unblock it, I have to receive a code via number or email, but I no longer have access to either of these options. I’ve tried to recover the account several times, but I can’t. What do I do?
The only place you can solve this problem is with Instagram itself or with Facebook, which owns it.
Note: don’t use a temporary email (whether it’s temp-mail/guerrillamail/etc, or a school/work login/etc) to create an account you don’t want to lose.
I think you’ll have to start over and gather your followers again, and next time keep your phone number and email updated on the web services.
If you no longer have access to the email or phone number registered on your Instagram account, I find it very unlikely that you’ll be able to recover the account. Those are the security methods that services use to retrieve a hacked or blocked account.
