My cell phone was completely blocked, including access to my bank accounts, and I couldn’t reach anyone to cancel it after the due date, when they blocked my phone. I did manage to contact them and have the money returned, and the next day they took out a new loan and couldn’t repay it, and they even smeared my name. Now I am awaiting a sentence.
