Amazon and Mercado Livre are marketplaces, not stores! Why doesn’t ANATEL prosecute and ban the sellers? Why is it a hassle? Why do they want money from the marketplaces? How long will it take for a Supreme Court justice to be misled and decide that marketplaces should pay higher taxes to sell cell phones?
