TIM is trying to upsell me voicemail service

Here’s the deal: I already requested the cancellation of this service and they canceled it; then when I disabled and re-enabled the SIM card it came back even though it had been canceled. I called the ombudsman and requested cancellation; they canceled. Today my phone stayed drained the whole day and when I finally managed to turn it on I came across this:

I didn’t request any of this…

What is the procedure to file a complaint? I can’t take this anymore!

I’ll also file a complaint on Anatel’s site, but what if the same problem recurs?

I always go to Reclame Aqui; it usually works, but in a recent thread here they talked about a complaint channel on consumidor.gov.br, and many users said that their problems were resolved—perhaps it’s a good option?

The problem is that the service is being reactivated; I could already have registered on these channels, but nothing guarantees that the same thing could happen again.

Maybe with a mediator they’ll leave it disabled permanently; I would include in the complaint the issue of its recurrence.

Do you have any evidence of when you canceled the last time? It would be helpful to attach it when you file the complaint.

I have all the protocols and recorded calls

Did you mess with the plan? They usually reactivate it whenever you change the plan.

I think you can deactivate it directly in the voicemail IVR (Interactive Voice Response) (*100).
